I was a walk in oil change. I was not only taken in, I was back on the road in under 45 minutes (Closer to 30 minutes). I expected to be there for at least an hour or two. I was amazed!!

When not sure about something would ask others instead of hesitantly guessing further selling the point that he was more so learning and improving. While also was comforting for me when getting all this new information at once.

With the purchase of my vehicle from this dealership I have free inspections for the life of my car. I’ve been coming here for years and haven’t had any problems with the dealership. I was able to fill out my information online to set up my state inspection appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and checked in. I don’t feel the wait was long and I was able to finish the rest of my errands for the day.

Good Morning. First off I want to say that i appreciate your service. When we pull into the lot Eric greeted us and was very professional. He wasn’t aggressive but was very welcoming. He had great conversation and very inspirational quotes for us to read. Mrs Angel was funny and extremely supportive with our daughter. She made the transition very easy. The team also included Steve and Dustin and they were all very helpful and supportive. We truly enjoyed the experience. Thanks Southern for being great.
The clerk was pleasant and he told me the wait could be longer than usual. I appreciate his honesty and he informed me that he would send my vehicle back but if it was going to actually take 3 hours like he said he would let me choose whether or not to stay or go. The whole service visit was a little over an hour and that was great, because I came in early before it was actually my appointment time.

Recently I went here to look at a Nissan frontier pick up truck and walked away with a nice 2022 Ford Maverick. Everyone that worked with me was very nice and straight to the point about how much everything would cost on monthly payments and the services that would be provided upon the purchase. Me and my wife bought it as a certified pre-owned, one that came with lifetime oil changes and state inspections as long as we own the vehicle. Definitely love my small pick-up truck.
Everyone was very friendlt and helpful. I felt comfortable waiti g for my husband to pi ke me up. Too bad the work that needed to be done was just shy of $800.00 to fix my handsfree talk button.

Service advisor was professional and polite. Actually watched the tech change the oil and do the multi-point inspection front the window. Service was performed quickly and they didn’t try to push unwanted or needed items.

The advisor was very friendly and helpful, and explained what work was being done. The only complaint I have on my service is that they didn’t check and top off the tire air pressure. It’s been a little low now that we’re in the colder months, and I hadn’t bothered with doing it myself because I assumed they checked all of that while in for an oil change.
